Welcome to Seneri! Here’s a clear guide on how our marketplace operates, covering everything from buying and selling to returns, cancellations, and more. Our goal is to ensure a smooth, transparent, and fair experience for all users on our platform.


Buying on Seneri

Browsing & Purchasing:

  • Explore a wide range of new and used clothing listed by sellers.
  • Once you find an item you like, you can purchase it by placing an order. This action places an authorization (auth) hold on your card.

Order Acceptance:

  • The seller has 3 days to accept your order.
  • If the seller accepts, the auth is settled, and the payment is transferred to Seneri’s OPN Payments account.
  • If the seller does not accept within 3 days or declines the order, the auth is removed, and no payment is made.


Selling on Seneri

Listing Items:

  • Sellers can list new or used clothing, fashion accessories, and pet items on Seneri.
  • The seller sets the price, shipping fee, and preferred shipping method for each item.

Order Fulfillment:

  • Upon accepting an order, the seller has 3 days to ship the item.
  • Sellers must confirm the shipment through the platform to initiate the buyer’s receipt window.

Receiving Payment:

  • Once the buyer confirms receipt of the item or 14 days pass without a dispute, the seller is paid out their share.
  • If a dispute is raised, the payout is delayed until the issue is resolved.


Returns and Refunds

No Returns:

  • All sales on Seneri are final. There are no returns once a transaction is completed.

Disputes:

  • Buyers can dispute a transaction if the item does not arrive or significantly differs from the seller’s description.
  • Disputes must be raised within 14 days of the item being marked as shipped.
  • Seneri will review the evidence and decide whether to issue a full refund.

Refunds:

  • If a refund is issued, it will be processed back to the original payment method used by the buyer.


Cancellations

Buyer Cancellations:

  • Buyers can cancel their order anytime before the seller accepts it.
  • Once the seller accepts the order, the buyer cannot cancel it.

No Cancellation Fees:

  • There are no fees associated with order cancellations.


Shipping

Seller-Determined Shipping:

  • Sellers choose the shipping method and set the shipping fee per item.

Shipping Timeframe:

  • Sellers have 3 days to ship the item after accepting an order.
  • Delivery timeframes depend on the chosen shipping method.

Delayed Deliveries:

  • Cases of delayed delivery will be handled on a case-by-case basis, with decisions made based on the evidence provided.


Prohibited Products

Permitted Items:

  • Only clothing, fashion accessories, and pet items are allowed to be listed on Seneri.

Prohibited Items:

  • High-risk items such as alcohol, medicine, high-value gold, gems, and other non-permitted products are strictly prohibited.


Dispute Resolution

Case-by-Case Handling:

  • Seneri handles all refunds, cancellations, and disputes on a case-by-case basis, ensuring a fair process for both buyers and sellers.
  • Both parties are required to provide evidence for their claims, and Seneri will make a final decision based on this information.
